Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Timeframe: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags still attached.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you want a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
• We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund based on the situation.
