Order Processing



  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Business Days: Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Order Tracking



Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipping.





Shipping Delays



While we do our best to ship on time, delays may occur due to:


  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Courier service disruptions



We are not responsible for delays once your package is in transit.

Missing or Lost Packages



If your tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:


  1. Double-check your shipping address.
  2. Check with neighbors or your local post office.

We’ll do our best to help, but please note we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or theft after delivery.

Pre-order items or limited releases may have different shipping windows noted on the product page. Orders that include both in-stock and pre-order items will ship once all items are available.
