Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Business Days: Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipping.

While we do our best to ship on time, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- Courier service disruptions
We are not responsible for delays once your package is in transit.

Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
- Double-check your shipping address.
- Check with neighbors or your local post office.

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops
Pre-order items or limited releases may have different shipping windows noted on the product page. Orders that include both in-stock and pre-order items will ship once all items are available.
